Shipping & Service Delivery Policy
LeegAl provides digital legal, tax and compliance services across India. This policy sets out how we deliver our services, expected timelines, and your rights as our client.
1. Introduction
This Shipping & Service Delivery Policy ("Policy") governs the delivery of professional services offered by LeegAl, a brand operated under G Sons Group Enterprise, with its principal place of business in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India (hereinafter referred to as "LeegAl", "we", "us", or "our").
By engaging our services through leegal.in, leegal.org, or solution.leegal.in, or by making any payment towards a LeegAl service, you ("Client" or "you") expressly agree to the terms of this Policy.
2. Nature of Services β No Physical Shipping
LeegAl is a professional services firm engaged in the business of legal, regulatory, taxation and compliance advisory. We do not sell, stock, or dispatch any physical goods or tangible products. Consequently, there is no physical shipping, courier dispatch, or logistics component associated with any purchase made on our platforms.
3. Mode of Service Delivery
All services and deliverables are transmitted to the Client through one or more of the following electronic channels:
- Registered Email ID: The primary email address provided by the Client during engagement or registration.
- Client Portal: Secure access through our ERP/client portal at leegal.org for ongoing matters and document retrieval.
- WhatsApp Business: For select confirmations, status updates, and time-sensitive communications, upon the Client's consent.
- Government Portals: Where applicable (e.g., GST portal, MCA, GeM, MSTC, IREPS, IP India), login credentials and filing acknowledgements are shared directly with the Client.
It is the Client's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of contact details furnished at the time of engagement. LeegAl shall not be liable for non-receipt of deliverables due to incorrect, outdated or inaccessible contact information provided by the Client.
4. Indicative Service Delivery Timelines
Service delivery timelines vary based on the nature of the service, responsiveness of the Client, and processing time of the concerned regulatory authority. The following are indicative turnaround times and commence only upon receipt of complete documentation, KYC, and applicable professional fees:

5. Delivery Process & Acknowledgements
5.1 Engagement Confirmation
Upon receipt of payment, the Client will receive a confirmation email within 24 working hours containing the engagement reference number, scope of work, and assigned advisor's contact details.
5.2 Documentation Collection
Our team will share a secure checklist of required documents. Service delivery timelines are calculated from the date of receipt of complete and verified documentation.
5.3 Progress Updates
Clients receive periodic updates on case progress via email and/or WhatsApp. Status can also be tracked on our client portal at leegal.org.
5.4 Final Delivery
On completion, all deliverables β including certificates, filings, acknowledgements, and advisory outputs β are shared electronically in PDF or the applicable digital format, along with a closure note.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
While we are committed to delivering within indicative timelines, delivery may be delayed due to reasons beyond LeegAl's reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Delays at government, tax, or regulatory portals (GSTN, MCA, CPCB, IP India, etc.);
- Incomplete, incorrect or delayed documentation from the Client;
- System downtime, technical glitches, or portal maintenance of third-party platforms;
- Statutory holidays, lockdowns, or administrative closures;
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, riots, war, or government action.
LeegAl shall not be held liable for any delay, loss, or damage arising out of such events. We will, however, keep the Client promptly informed of any material delay and take reasonable steps to mitigate its impact.
